      Updating your Teldio Edge Gateway license

      Update Your License

      1. On Your Own

          • Download the license sent to you by your email.
          • Navigate to your Teldio Edge Gateway IP address, on the right hand side select Settings -> License -> Upload A License.

          • Select the downloaded license.

      2. By TeamViewer

          • If you would prefer one of our team to handle the update process, reach out to our support team to provide TeamViewer access.

      For any application behaving unfavorably on the TEG, please report the incident to support@teldio.com.
