      Teldio TruFleet | Repeater IP Connection Requirements

      This article covers the Motorola's license and software requirements for connecting your Radio system to Teldio TruFleet via an IP connection

      Motorola Repeater Licenses/Entitlements

      • Network Application Data Interface license on EACH Repeater
        • Motorola Part #: 
          • For SLR5000/8000 and XPR8380/8400 repeaters: HKVN4205.
          • For MTR3000 repeaters: HKVN4208
        • This license is required on all VOICE and DATA Repeaters as the TruFleet application needs to communicate with all repeaters. 
          • Communication with Voice Repeaters for receiving ARS and sending GPS Requests
          • Communication with Data Repeaters for receiving GPS data from the Radios
      • If the radio network is Capacity Max, a dedicated Data Gateway license is required in the Capacity Max System Server.

      Motorola Software

      • The following Motorola software (available for free from Motorola) must be installed on the Teldio TruFleet computer
        • MotoTRBO Network Interface Service (MNIS) software. Please ensure to get the MNIS with Privacy version if your system uses Enhanced or Basic Privacy.
        • MotoTRBO Device Discovery and Mobility Service (DDMS)
        • (Recommended) Motorola Customer Programming Software (CPS)
