Resetting Teldio Gateway IP Network Settings

Reset IP settings

To reset the network settings on your Teldio Edge Gateway:

  1. Locate the JP201 Pins: While the Teldio Edge Gateway is turned on, find the JP201 pins on the device. These are small metal pins, usually labeled JP201.

  2. Short the Pins: Use a small metal object (like a paperclip or flathead screwdriver) to connect (short) the two JP201 pins together. Hold them connected for about 3 seconds. This action will temporarily reset the network settings to their default values.

  3. Default Network Settings:

    • ETH 0: The main network port will now have a fixed IP address of 192.168.100.250.
    • ETH 1: The secondary network port will get its IP address automatically from the network (DHCP).
  4. Revert to Original Settings: The network settings will go back to how they were before the reset the next time you restart or turn off and on the device, unless you change them manually through the device's admin settings (Admin > Modules > Network).

That's it! This process is just a temporary reset, and everything will go back to normal after a restart, unless you make further changes through the admin settings.
