Connect a portable radio to the computer and run the programmer. Make sure you are on a Teldio enabled (option board enabled) channel.
On the 'Radio' tab type in the Radio ID, Radio IP and press Connect.
Go to the 'Firmware' tab select 'Auto-Select' and then press Program.
The Firmware till take about a minute to program and then will restart
If using a Signal ID other than the default ID (254):
Go to the 'Write' tab and under 'Parameter':
Select 'Singnal ID' for the Parameter Name field
Enter in the ID provided to you by Teldio
Press 'Write'
If using Quick Call Feature:
To use the Quick Call Number feature, a button on the radio must be first mapped to "Option Board Feature 6"
Go to the 'Write' tab and under 'Parameter':
Select 'Quick Call Number' for the Parameter Name field
Enter in the number you'd like to dial in the Parameter Value field
This number must be entered just as it needs to be dial. For example. if dialling out from the customer system needs a prefix of 7, and you want to dial 911, the number here must be set as 7911
Press 'Write'
Select 'Quick Call Confirm' for the Parameter Name field
