Troubleshooting MotoTRBO connection with Windows Server

Power Cycle = Unplug the power cable for 30 seconds then reconnect to power and turn on

MOTOTRBO Control Station to Windows Server Apps

If you are having trouble getting the MotoTRBO control station to communicate with the Windows Server, please try the following steps:

STEP 1:

Make sure nothing is connected to the accessory port in the front of the radio control station. The only connections should be in the back of the control station. While only the back is connected, power cycle the control station.

STEP 2:

Download MOTOTRBO driver. Open the downloaded folder, double-click the 'DPInst' Application file and click run to install the driver.

 

If both steps does not establish communication between the radio control station and the Windows Server, please contact support@teldio.com.
