Follow the steps below to update your Teldio Software
If you are under a Teldio Support contract or an active subscription, you are eligiable to receive the latest updates from Teldio Software.
Once you receive the Upgrade file from Teldio, follow the steps below to upgrade your TruDispatch instance.
- Unzip the contents of the TruDispatch2_XX.zip
- Updating the TruDispach Manager
- Open the existing 'TruDispatch Manager' instance on the main TruDispatchTeldio Server.
- On the Status page, clik on the 'stop server' button.
- Close the TruDispatch Manager.
- Run the TruDispatchServerSetup2_XX.exe file and follow the prompts
- At the end of the installation, choose the 'Start TruDispatch Manager' option or manually open the TruDispatch Manager
- On the Status page, clik on the 'start server' button.
- Your update is now complete
- Updating the TruDispach Client
- Close any open instances of the TruDispatch Client
- Run the TruDispatchConsoleSetup2_XX.exe file and follow the prompts
- Your update is now complete
