Teldio TruFleet | Sending Teldio the TruFleet Configuration
Guide on how to send the TruFleet configuration to Teldio
TruFleet has a configuration which can be helpful to have as a back up or as a way to Teldio to troubleshoot without having access to the TruFleet computer iteself. The steps below cover how you can send Teldio the configuration.
Steps:
- Go to the main computer on which the Teldio TruFleet system is installed and open the WCP Configurator app. This may be named the 'TruFleet Configurator' or WCP Server Configurator' in some instances.
- In the WCP configurator, go to File/Save to File and then when prompted enter a name for the file (ex: <Your company name> TruFleet confguration) and press 'Save'
- Then email support@teldio.com the saved .txt file
