Twilio Toll-Free Verification Process

In your Twilio account, you will need to complete the Toll-free verification process in order to register your Twilio number to use the toll-free service. 

The following error message will be displayed during the trial period of your Twilio account which prompts you to verify your number as a toll-free number when you are ready to message numbers outside of the verified phone numbers on the Twilio account.

To start, while in your Twilio account, you will have a link to access the Toll-free verification process as shown in red in the above picture. Click on that link to begin.

Once the above information is submitted, you should receive a verification email from Twilio stating that your account has been approved.
